Is
your race listed? In
2011 we started Island Running Online Registration to manage the expansion of
the East End Road and Trail Runners Club. We managed online registration for 30
races and most experienced huge increases in participation. Our success here has
inspired us to expand into other areas. In
2012 we will be launching Tri State Plus in order to serve NYC and its southern
suburbs, Connecticut and New Jersey plus Maryland, Eastern PA and Massachusetts.
We now have two offices on Long Island and one in Maryland and our mobile office
will hit the road in March. Our experience has found that the events that had
the strongest increases were the events that worked closest with us. Hop on Board!
Island
Running Online Event Registration is the only online registration system that is
exclusively for Long Island events and the only system that actively promotes
our events to Long Island Runners. We produce a weekly e newsletter to LI
Runners who participate in LI Races. That is why most of our races are seeing 20
to 100% increases in participants. Promotion is a joint effort. We’ll show you
how to promote your event.
Our
services are no cost to you! A small processing charge is paid for by the
participant. The participant loves it because it is now so easy to register.
Once an athlete is registered in our system, most of the fields are filled in.
For an applicant to register additional family members or friends, they just
need to enter basic information. The system is very user friendly.
Our
calendars, websites and listings are ranked very high on search engines to give
your event high visibility.
Best
yet, it is easy for you to set up your event, because we do it for you. You send
us your race form and we set your event up for you. Checks are sent to you every
two weeks till completion.
